Hour Meter 8.850 ( Before Periodical Service ), And Already Inspection, Assement, and Servicing Covers All of Genset : for Leaking oil ; Van Belt ; Alternator Charging ; Generator Merge Test ; Function Test of Device Protection Panel Control : Rewiring Cable Hardness ; Injector and FIP ( Fuel Injector Pump ) Calibration ; Turbo, Etc. In Accordance With The Cummins manual Maintenance Procedure. Replacement : Engine Oil ; Oil Filter ; Fuel Filter ; Air Filter and any Other Parts While it Find Damages and Replacement.  Crankshaft and Camshaft Both Of Them it Already Inspection, Assesment and Re-measurent and Still Standard Size Accordance From the Cummins manufacturing.

Engine Condition :

Hours Meter Sebelum Di Lakukan Perawatan Berkala di Workshop adalah 8.850 Jam Dan Sudah di lakukan Inspection, Assesment dan Perawatan yg Meliputi : Kebocoran Oli, Kelayakan van Belt ; Alternator Charging ; Merge Test Generator ; Test Fungsi Proteksi Keamanan dari Panel Control ; Pengkabelan Ulang Wiring Hardness ; Injector,  FIP,  ( Fuel Injection Pump ) dan Turbo Sdh Di kalibrasi Ulang, dll Sesuai Dengan Instruksi manual Cummins Prosedure ; yg Sdh Di Ganti adalah : Oli Mesin ; Filter Oli ; Filter Solar dan Filter Udara dan Parts yg lain ketika di temukan kerusakan dan di ganti. Cranshaft ( Kruk As ), dan Camshaft ( Cam )  masih Standard Size ( Blm Oversize ) dan sdh Di Inspection, Assesment dan Di Ukur Ulang Disesuaikan dengan Standard Pabrikan Cummins.

 

Perfomance :

Beban 80 % Dari Kapasitas Genset Baru ( Kapasitas Genset Baru 250 Kva\200 Kw atau 303  Ampere Pada RPM 1.500 ; @100% load  ) dan 80 % Beban Puncak Genset Bekas harus Tercapai ketika Di Test Load Bank dengan Perhitungan Beban adalah sbb : 250 Kva x 0,8 ( Pf ) = 200 Kw x 0,8 ( 80 % : Beban maksimal Genset Bekas ) = 160 Kw atau 242 Ampere. Nilai 242 Ampere Di Dapat dari 160  Kw : 0,66 ( 0,66 adalah Hasil Dari akar √3 dan 3 adalah 3 Phase ). Dan  ini adalah Rumus atau Formula untuk Menghitung Nilai Beban Puncak - Genset Second.

 

160 Kw atau 242 Ampere adalah Hasil Test dari Beban Puncak Genset Second Yg Harus Tercapai Dan Di Janjikan ketika Genset Tersebut di Test Dengan LoadBank dan LoadBank itu sendiri Menggunakan Pemanas ( Heater ) Dan Kipas Sebagai Pendingin Heater yg Memiliki karakteristik beban Induktif dan Resistif dengan Cosphi 1. ( Pf 1 ).
